⏱ FIRST 12 HOURS — ORDER REVIEW
We carefully review your order details, including size, color, shipping information, and any personalization you’ve provided. If anything needs clarification, our team will contact you before production begins.
🎨 AFTER 24 HOURS — DESIGN & PRODUCTION BEGINS
Your personalized design is prepared and your order is officially sent into production.
🧵 PRODUCTION — 3–5 BUSINESS DAYS
Each piece is individually made and embroidered. Once completed, it goes through a quality check before being carefully packed for shipment.
📦 SHIPPING TIME
🇺🇸 United States: approximately 7–10 business days
🌎 International: approximately 9–12 business days

Throughout the process, we’ll send you email updates as your order moves through each important stage — from order confirmation and production to shipping and delivery.
