Fruition Chocolate creates handmade craft chocolate from bean to bar. It all starts with acquiring the best available fine flavor cocoa beans from around the world, and starting the slow (and exciting) by-hand process of roasting, removing the shell (winnowing), refining, conching, tempering, and finally moulding into chocolate bars and utlizing for confections. Every new batch has its subtle char

acteristics as it is overseen by our very own world renowned chocolate maker, Bryan Graham. We make award-winning internationally acclaimed chocolate with varieties that will give everyone the personal chocolate thrill they seek. From the handcrafted one hundred percent (sugar-free) dark chocolate made from a unique blend of both Dominican and Peruvian sourced organic cocoa beans to exquisite milk chocolate with a unique deep caramel flavor coming naturally from locally churned Ronnybrook Farm Dairy browned butter. Whether Hudson Valley Bourbon Dark Milk 61%, Maranon Canyon Dark Milk 68%, or Toasted White 38%, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Chocolate begins its journey as cacao, the fruit of the cacao tree. Inside each colorful pod are cacao beans surrounded by a naturally sweet, tropical pulp. After harvest, the beans are fermented, dried, roasted, and carefully crafted into the chocolate you know and love

At Fruition Chocolate Works, every bar starts with thoughtfully sourced cacao. As a bean-to-bar chocolate maker, we work closely with farmers and sourcing partners who are dedicated to growing exceptional cacao, because incredible chocolate begins with incredible ingredients and the people who cultivate them

Every step of the process matters, from the cacao tree to the finished chocolate bar. That’s what bean-to-bar is all about: honoring the origin, celebrating craftsmanship, and bringing out the unique flavors each cacao harvest has to offer
