Sometimes I sit back and look at the life I’ve built and think… wow. This is actually my life. 💜
I’ve been sharing so much about massage, lymphatics and bodywork lately that I realized I haven’t talked nearly enough about the other side of my world — Earth’s Candy Crystals & Wellness. 💎
Sitting here at the harbor this morning, I was thinking about how beautifully these two parts of my life balance each other.
During the week, my work is quiet and intentional. Bodywork, energy work, lymphatics… slowing down, connecting and being completely present with one person at a time.
Then comes my crystal world. Markets, people, conversations, laughter, familiar faces, new friends and Sundays at the harbor with Mike. 💎🌊
One feeds my meditative soul.
The other feeds my social soul.
And somehow they’ve grown together into one life that feels incredibly me.
I told Mike this morning that sometimes it feels surreal. So many people spend their lives doing work they don’t enjoy, and I somehow built a life where I genuinely love what I do.
It feeds my soul, challenges my mind, connects me with amazing people and yes… pays the bills too. 😂🙌🏼
I’m still building it. Still learning. Still evolving. But mornings like this make me stop and realize…
Damn. I really love my life. 💜
And I’m eternally grateful to everyone who has been part of it — whether you’ve trusted me on my massage table, bought a crystal, visited my booth, referred a friend or simply cheered me on.
Both sides of my world. I wouldn’t give up either one. 💜💎🌊
