Bacardi Black, House Amaro, Shortbread Syrup, Scrappy’s Cardamom

BACARDÍ was founded in Santiago de Cuba in 1862 by Don Facundo Bacardí Massó. He helped develop a lighter, cleaner style of rum through controlled fermentation, distillation, charcoal filtration, oak aging, and blending.

The famous bat logo came from fruit bats living in the rafters of the original distillery. The bat became a symbol of good fortune and family unity.

Today, BACARDÍ is still family-owned, with its rum production centered in Puerto Rico.

We’ve been hitting the Sioux City Farmers Market and working with farms around the area to bring some of what they’re growing straight behind the bar

-Fresh mint, raspberries, rosemary, honey, and whatever else we can get our hands on
