Sometimes I look around and think...

**How in the hell is this my JOB?!** 🥹✨

I get invited into rooms where people are dreaming big things, and then I get to help make those things happen.

Behind the scenes. Moving pieces. Solving the random problem nobody saw coming. Carrying the thing. Finding the thing. Cheerleading the humans. Making sure people feel cared for. Basically doing what the **Fairy Gay Mother** does best: showing up, sprinkling a little magic around, and making life feel lighter.

And every once in a while, I stop and realize...

**I built a business that lets me do this.**

There was no perfect job description for what I wanted to do, so I created one.

Glow and Go gets to be this beautiful mix of support, organization, connection, problem-solving, creativity, and a little bit of sparkly chaos.

Some days I'm organizing a closet. Some days I'm supporting a business owner by grabbing their Costco order. Some days I'm helping bring an entire event to life. Some days I get to take B roll pics at events with super groovy humans! Different spaces, different needs, same heart behind all of it:

**How can I make this easier? How can I help? How can I make people feel seen and supported?**

That's the Fairy Gay Mother part of me that somehow became a business.

And damn, I feel lucky.🍀

Lucky to be trusted with your ideas.
Lucky to be invited into meaningful spaces.
Lucky to work alongside humans doing incredible things.
Lucky that the work I do gets to look and feel so much like **me**.

These little B-roll moments might look random to someone else.

To me, they're proof that I get to spend my days doing work I genuinely care about with people I genuinely give a s**t about. What a freaking privilege. 🪄 ✨

Such a fabulous day to be ME, your Fairy Gay Mother! Helping YOU shine brighter! 💫

You don't have to say **YES** to every opportunity just because it's a good one.
The right season asks different questions.
Not...
*"How much can I accomplish?"*

But...
*"What deserves my energy?"*

This month, I'm choosing intention over urgency.
Depth over distraction.
Purpose over people-pleasing.
The life I'm building deserves that kind of discernment.

✨ May your next "yes" be one that honors you first. 🥰 😘

I'd be honored to support this journey with you! www.glowandgobykristin.com

This morning, I found myself in a kayak instead of behind my computer. 💻

The water wasn't in a hurry.

The 🌳🌲 weren't worried about what next month would bring.

Not once did nature apologize for taking up space or moving at its own pace.

And somewhere between each paddle stroke, I realized maybe that's the lesson I've been needing.

As business owners, we spend so much time asking, *"What's the next project? What's the next opportunity? What's the next goal?"*

Those questions matter.

But so do these...

*What am I building with intention?*

*What deserves my energy?*

*What season am I actually in?*

I've learned that every project doesn't deserve a "yes," and every good idea doesn't need to happen TODAY. Some ideas need time to breathe. Some dreams need quiet before they need strategy.

This month, I'm choosing to move more like the river.

Clear in my direction.

Intentional with my energy.✨

Trusting that I don't have to force the current to make progress.

So yes, I'm setting intentions. I'm beginning new things. But I'm doing it from a place of reflection instead of reaction.

Because the businesses we build are only as healthy as the people building them.

And I want mine to grow from peace—not pressure!

✨ Here's your reminder today: Before you ask what's next, ask what matters most.

That's where your best work begins. 🩷 🪄

Does the summer heat seem to feel extra HOT these days or is it JUST me?? Real talk.... 2 minutes outside and I have sweat coming out of every single inch of skin on my body and my head. Ewww!

I used to think every quiet season meant I was falling behind.

If I wasn't producing, launching, networking, or checking something off my list, I assumed I wasn't doing enough.

Owning a business has completely changed that.

I've learned there are seasons for building... and there are seasons for becoming.

Rest isn't the absence of growth. Reflection isn't wasted time.

Some of the biggest shifts in my business haven't happened while I was sitting behind my laptop. They happened on a walk with my dogs. Over coffee on the patio. In conversations that reminded me why I started. In moments when I finally got quiet enough to hear my own voice instead of everyone else's expectations.

As business owners, we're constantly asking, "What's next?"

Maybe a better question is...

**What's trying to teach me something before I take the next step?**

Because clarity doesn't usually arrive in the hustle.

It arrives in the pause.

So if you're in a season where things feel slower than you'd like, don't rush to fill every empty space. Sit with it. Reflect on it. Trust that not every season is meant for harvesting. Some are meant for planting roots deep enough to hold what's coming next.

The world celebrates momentum.

I'm learning to celebrate alignment.

And honestly? That's where the real magic begins. ✨ 🩷

I reorganized the same drawer today.

Yep... the same one.

The one I had already "finished."

A few months ago, I probably would've looked at that and thought, Seriously? I have to do this again?

But owning a business has taught me something different.

Organization isn't a one-time event. Neither is growth.

The systems that served you six months ago might not fit the person you're becoming today.

This didn't get messy because anyone failed.

It got messy because life kept happening. Business kept growing. Priorities shifted. New opportunities arrived. What once made sense simply needed to evolve.

The same is true for us.

Sometimes we revisit old habits.
Sometimes we have to reset our boundaries.
Sometimes we need to reorganize our schedules, our homes, our relationships, or even the stories we tell ourselves.

That isn't backtracking.

That's maintenance.

That's awareness.

That's choosing to build a life that supports who you are now, instead of clinging to who you used to be.

As the Fairy Gay Mother, I spend a lot of time helping people organize homes, calendars, closets, and businesses. But more often than not, what we're really organizing is permission—to let go, to make space, and to grow without apologizing for outgrowing what once worked. 👈 👈 READ THIS AGAIN

So if you find yourself revisiting the same "drawer" today...

Maybe it doesn't need your judgment.

Maybe it just needs your attention.

✨ Growth isn't about never needing another reset.

It's about becoming the kind of person who knows a reset isn't the end—it's simply part of building a beautiful life.

Some seasons of life feel like everything is happening all at once —

That’s what Glow and Go is built for.

Whether it’s:
• organizing the house that’s been stressing you out
• tackling those errands you never have time for
• creating systems that finally make sense
• or handling the to-dos that steal your peace

I’ve got you.
You don’t have to do it all alone.

If you’re craving order, clarity, and breathing room — DM me “HELP” and we’ll lighten the load together. 💫
