I love the stories!!! As more bows go out, my excitement grows because any day this fall I can get a picture from someone who filled a tag with an Angel. 🎉

This is the first black bear with an Angel as well as the first international critter taken🤘🏹🥳🍻

Congratulations Bill and I hope the whole experience was as great as the pictures. Thanks again for all the support, it means so much to me. 🙏

Woodworking is so pretty some days! 😂🤩 It reminds me of the colors of fall and how they are getting close. Hope everyone is getting their reps in and ready for whatever tags you have in store! 🤘

Happy Friday!

It’s more glue ups in the shop today. I’m excited for the bows in this next batch. Some footed limbs and color combinations that I haven’t thought of before. 🤘

I am excited for my next themed build!!! Pheasants here, pheasants there, pheasants everywhere!

The limbs will be Myrtle Burl and Wenge creating the tail feathers.

Riser will have flushed pheasant silhouettes and cattails on one side with the customers dog on the other.

Overlays will complete the build with more cattails and birds.

It will be a fun one to see come to life! And sure to be mesmerizing when the finish is put on. 🤩

A few bows in the mix. 🤘🏹

There are some great combinations in this group!

Some beautiful curly bark pocket walnut and yellow heart. I’m excited for the pop of color and the contrast that it brings. 😎

Spalted Elm limbs and walnut/ spalted elm riser. I find that this combination is the wild card of the bunch. The elm will turn more orange under the glass and finish. It could easily turn into the bell if the ball! 🤩

The third is Myrtle burl and Risewood riser with Myrtle Burl limbs. It should be a great combination that will blend into any hunting situation. 🏹🦌🤘

It’s always fun to see Cherry Burl! A few riser pieces that I stabilized this weekend. Cleaned up a couple sides to see what I ended up with.

I’m excited because there are 4 more getting stabilized this weekend as well. 🤘

Super proud to say my guitar won the grand champion award at the county fair I entered it in. And my We the People bow took a first place! 🥳🤘🏹🎸

I hope some kid sees them and say, “I want to do that!” To inspire another to take up archery, or music, or woodworking would be amazing!

I have to encourage others to share your talents at your own county fairs. Show others what awesome things can be made and expressed in archery!

250 years 🇺🇸 and a couple bows to celebrate and remember it by🏹🥳🦅

First is the Tryba longbow. 57” and around 42 pounds at the customers 30.5” draw length.

Limbs are haystack maple with black… but turned out more gray, “We the People of the United States” engraved. The riser is curly/quilted maple for the white stripes and stars, red heart for the red stripes, and a dyed curly hard maple for the union blue. Bamboo cores and Thunderbird finish.

The few arrows I put through this bow really sang. I know the owner is going to be proud of her as I was building it.

Gotta love spray says! These two are getting their first matte coats today. But don’t they look gorgeous with that base layer gloss?! 🤩

The all maple bow is the one in This bunch that keeps grabbing my attention. Something about the light colors that makes me smile. 😄
