S U M M E R

There’s a moment in friendship when you cross over into the “I’m in this for the long haul” chapter.

I wish I had a photo of every wonderful treasure in my life because I am greatly blessed to have these kinds of people in my corner (you know who you are).

It took the painful inner work. It took years of weeping and wondering how to be a better friend myself. But I found them. And I’m not easily letting go.

The summer I recognized the beauty around me.

If we can just take a moment to see what another soul has to offer. To hear their story without judgement, to hold space for their heart with care, and to believe in their audacious ideas without bracing for feedback. To just love someone right as they are in the moment. This is what truly spurs us on to grow and be bold. When we feel safe and valued in the journey.

Grateful for the simple moments, and the grand ones that all add up to a life of learning to move with the flow.

While some things are changing, others are growing.

Good things ahead 🫶🏼🥂✨

There is nothing sweeter than simply being your mommy.

The moment your eyes searched for mine, and arms learned to reach for me, and your voice echoed the most precious words, it all made sense. Every step that lead to you, and every other step after.

Healing holds a greater purpose than it once did. Knowing sweet tender eyes watch my every move. Your gentle and wild spirit teach me daily what it really means to be free and childlike again.

Not one day goes by where I am not considering the magnitude of this great and precious gift. Being your mama has been the highlight of my life, and drives me to be better. To learn more, heal deeper, hope and dream and laugh and dance.

Your existence makes me feel like I can climb any mountain, face any battle and sail any sea. Motherhood, forever marked as my greatest adventure.

I love you with all that I am my sweet one.

This day deserves a spot on my feed.

Haven’t posted in a while, but today was so inspirational I had to share with you all! 🌞✨🥂🤍

It was a beautiful reminder of how important it is to create something beautiful in this world, and also to appreciate the beauty of those brave souls willing to create it. Pam of and her family have created something truly so magical, the stuff of dreams! I went alone (mama time), and almost didn’t — so glad I did! Ladies a note to go on dates with yourself — do the special thing — wear the dress that’s tucked in the back of your closet! My soul needed this! So thankful to have experienced the beauty of this special place. I felt like I was somewhere in Europe, and every corner had something delightful to savor. The vendors were a true highlight, and the food was delish! I was able to really just take it all in.

Needless to say, I will be longingly looking forward to the next event there! I even ran into some familiar faces which was a real treat!

Turning a new leaf, at the start of a new month. Repairing and preparing the greenhouse and gathering seeds and tubers for the long awaited season ahead.

Each new month offers a fresh start in ways. This winter has felt a lot like the chrysalis phase, holding space for the promise of beauty, while waiting amidst the process unfolding. 🦋

Learning presence through each phase.

Here’s to the month that will usher in the emerge of Spring. 🌿
