Hi Mary, here is how to change the position of the Pascal Spring Cassettes. To move the firm to the center and medium to the bottom, find the zipper at the head of the mattress. Unzip clockwise all the to the opposite side. Unzip the cloth bag to access the cassettes. Remove the cassettes and move the the desired side and zip the bag back up. Zip the top layer to cover the mattress and unfold the top-pad flat. Repeat the right side of the mattress.
