Everyone should read this and pass it on! Unless there is a department policy that says otherwise. There is no law that states they have to have a supervisor come! Sometimes that may be impossible, I have personally worked in departments where we had no "Supervisor" on shift with us.

This is real life! Bad guys don't always fall on the 1st shot like TV and movies would lead you to believe. Like the commentator stated, we do not know how many shots actually hit the suspect, but it took many many shots to stop the threat. We advocate round count over caliber, but more so we advocate training so you can become more proficient and get your hits! Shot placement is more crucial than caliber!

So do yourself and your loved ones a favor, if you are going 5
to protect yourself and them with a firearm, TAKE some additional training! By the end of this year I will have taken over 100 hours of additional training myself, you never stop learning!
