✨🌱Apothecary Restock🌱✨
We've been working hard this week to turn our farm grown botanicals into the many different herbal remedies we offer while we've had a break in the garden and some lovely rains.
A look at what's back in stock:
Rosemary Hair Oil- Made with sustainability grown rosemary and a blend of grapeseed and coconut oil, with no added fragrance or essential oils. Crafted to nourish the scalp with vitamins and antioxidants while hydrating.
Bug Bite Balm- Last week in the garden, I had forgotten my insect repellent and consequently got eaten alive by mosquitoes. Lucky for me, our thai basils are flowering, so I grabbed a handful and started rubbing fresh leaves on the mosquito bites. The anti-inflammatory and anti-itch compounds in the plant worked almost immediately. As someone who has always had really intense reactions to insect bites, the effectiveness was surprising. So I made it a feature in this year's batch of Bug Bite Balm! (I dare you to say that 5 times fast) The topical also includes lavender and plantain, and peppermint essential oil for an added quickness in lessening the pain of ant or mosquito bites.
Cleanse Room Spray- The perfect "cleanse" for any space. This room spray can be used to help with unpleasant smells around the house, but also in your ritual spaces to clear stagnant energies.
Nighttime Room Spray- A bedside essential! Spray your pillow or sheets to help encourage a good night's rest.
Lavender Bath Salts- Relax in the scents of our garden while fresh lavender soothes and calms inflammation in the skin. Made with 100% epsom salt and lavender, and fragrance/ essential oil free.
Green Pepper Bail Vinegar- A spicy, fragrant, and savory vinegar that can be used to liven up vinaigrettes, marinades, salads, and pickles. So far we've made a cucumber and tomato salad that was seasoned with this vinegar and our garlic salt, it was to die for. And last night Gray made pickles!
As always, you can shop our full line of herbal remedies on our website, or stop by our booth at The Hub City Farmers Market this Saturday from 8am-12pm
