I’m excited to announce my October Sourdough Class Series at The Scale House Market!

✨ OCTOBER SERIES — Saturdays at 8:30 AM
10/3 — Build a Starter | 90 minutes
Learn how to create, feed, maintain, and understand your sourdough starter.

10/10 — Mix & Shape Dough | 2 hours
Get hands-on with the dough! We’ll walk through mixing, fermentation, shaping, and the techniques that make a beautiful loaf.

10/17 — Beyond the Basic Loaf | 2 hours
Take your sourdough beyond the basics and learn techniques and ideas to make your baking even more fun and creative.
