MUM MAKERS — SAVE THIS ONE! 💜

We’ve all been there… you finish your piece and then notice that little blob or string of hot glue sitting right on your pretty mirror acrylic. 🤦🏻‍♀️😂

Don’t panic! Hot glue can usually be removed pretty easily without ruining your piece. I put together this quick little guide so you can save it, screenshot it, or share it with another mum maker who might need it!

I love creating pieces that make mum making a little easier — and sometimes that means sharing the tricks that help too. 💜

💙💛 IT’S OFFICIALLY APPROVED!! 💙💛

Y’all, I am ridiculously excited about this one.

Last year, my 3D printed homecoming buckles took off in a way I never expected, and I have been so incredibly thankful watching mum makers use them in their creations.

Then I was asked, “Can you make an FFA buckle?”

Turns out… that was MUCH easier said than done. 😂

This one took work. A LOT of work. Designing, changing things, figuring out how to make the details actually work in a 3D print, getting help and input along the way, and then getting everything submitted for approval.

But WE DID IT. 🎉

My 3D Printed FFA Homecoming Buckle is officially approved and officially listed!

And I am seriously proud of this one. 💙💛

It can be customized with your chapter, officer title, student name, year and color stones, so it can become something completely personal for that student and their mum.

I have to give a huge thank you to the people who helped me get this thing from the crazy idea in my head to an actual finished product — especially Avenue J and everyone who gave me input and helped along the way. It absolutely took a village on this one!

Now I want to know…

FFA people & mum makers — WHAT DO YOU THINK?! 👀

New Rule!!!

One of my favorite parts of homecoming season is the completely random charm requests. 🤣

Today I was asked for a spider monkey that can hang by his tail. 🐒

And you know what?

Absolutely. 😂 Challenge accepted.

At this point, if you come to me and say:

“I need a giraffe wearing a cowboy hat hanging from a disco ball.”

I WILL TOTALLY MAKE IT. 🦒🤠🪩

BUT I WANT THE BACKSTORY. 🤣🤣🤣

That's my new rule.

You want a football? No explanation necessary.

Volleyball? Got it.

Band? Absolutely.

Spider monkey hanging by his tail?!

Ma'am, I'm making it... but PLEASE tell me why. 😂

These super personal, completely unexpected requests are honestly some of the most fun things I get to make during homecoming season. ❤️

One of my favorite things about this business is seeing how far Texas homecoming traditions travel! Last season my mum supplies shipped to 6 different states, and I’m already watching this year’s map grow. 💕 I love getting to be a tiny part of mums being made all over the country!

Y’all… we did it. Texas Laser Girl officially hit 4,000 sales on Etsy!! 🥹💕

I genuinely cannot thank everyone enough. Every order, every share, every recommendation, every repeat customer, every review and every person who has trusted me to create something special for them has helped this little business grow.

And apparently somewhere along the way, this little shop also made it into the TOP 3.3% of Etsy sellers! 😳🎉 That part still feels a little crazy to say!

But the 4,000 is what has me celebrating today. That’s 4,000 times someone chose my small business. And THAT means more to me than I can explain. 💕
