We are about to start cleaning out the warehouse, our buildings, and our homes so I will be posting a lot of stuff I’m sure by the time we are done!! So I recently started selling books on eBay, so I turned on media Mail in my shipping profile. But now people are trying to buy clothes with the media mail shipping. This is the first time I’ve really ventured outside of clothes or small household items. So I’ve only really only used USPS ground advantage or maybe FedEx for larger items. How do I separate out the media mail to only put that on the books? Is that like a separate shipping profile I need to create? I had to cancel two $25 orders this morning because they wanted to ship clothing with media mail labels. I wasn’t sure how to change it so I just canceled them. Asked them if they could re-buy with the appropriate shipping label. Any help is greatly appreciated eBay friends!
