We’re having some car trouble today and will be opening an hour late.
We hope you come out this evening and join the Halloween celebration at Springfield Museum…. I mean the Screamfield General Hospital!
It’s fun for the whole family with delicious pizza, pasta, soup and salad waiting across the street to calm your nerves!

We’ve got some fun stuff to share with you this week! Ever wondered how awesome meatball mix would be as a burger? We have and it’s delicious, so we’re running meatball burgers on focaccia for lunch this week 🙌

We had a blast with Caleb Hawn’s Totally Thai Chicken sandwich pop-up! You all sold us out in 45 minutes 😳😳. So we’ll be doing a repeat very soon!

This week we’ve also got sausage and white bean soup with hydra kale. And small shell bacon Mac n cheese with caramelized onions for dinner.

We’ll be hosting a 5th night at Charred this Sunday! Come check out Caleb Hawn’s rendition of the legendary “Totally Thai” chicken sandwich!

Caleb has been working on this one for a while now. Recreating from childhood memories and found recipes the infamous Cart De Frisco chicken sandwich. As he told us, the intent is bringing back something special from his memories of the place. Mom would always get it with extra peanut sauce, and that was his experience with it.
Will it be an exact copy-cat? No! Will it be absolutely delicious and memorable? Hell yes!

We received almost 100 #’s of ripe Roma tomatoes so…
Our soup of the week will be roasted Roma tomato with basil and cream!
It’s a classic soup most of us enjoy, but the flavor from this batch of fresh roasted tomatoes is much more bright, tastes like it came straight from the garden!

Available Wednesday-Saturday 11-pm in a cup, bowl or house made bread bowls.

We’re happy to introduce a new line of ravioli from pastapluseugene
We’re currently stocked up on 5cheese ravioli in small and large sizes and sweet corn with basil.

We’ll be serving them on special for dinner all week, starting with 1/3 # small cheese ravioli baked in our tomato sauce with mozzarella and pecorino!

To celebrate we’re also giving away another cheesecake!!! This one is an apple pie spiced cheesecake with graham-cinnamon crust.
