Today, we’re taking a moment away from talking about fried pies to honor and celebrate the life of our favorite human, our husband and father, Terry.

It’s been two years since Heaven called you home, and we swear time is a thief. Two years somehow feels like yesterday and forever all at once.

We talk about you every single day. The kids mention you whenever a red cardinal is nearby, and we know without a doubt you’d be so proud of how far we’ve come.

We miss you more than words can say, Dad. We love you still, and we always will.

🍑 Peach may be our fried pie flavor of the month, but have you tried our Pecan Fried Pie?

A true Southern classic, and one we take a whole lot of pride in making right here in Tennessee. Ooey, gooey, and packed with that rich pecan goodness, one bite might just make you shut your pie hole!

And yes, I realize I have absolutely no idea what to do with my facial expressions while filming these reels. 😂 Just over here swirling pecan filling and trying to look natural.

Friday Night Market is tomorrow night!

We’ll be set up in our usual spot next to Mystic Picnic and ready to start serving at 6:00 PM.

All 13 flavors are making their way to the square, so come ready to snag your favorite pie. If you’ve been before, you know they don’t last long. Don’t be the one who waits too late and misses out!

A day in the pie kitchen is always filled with laughter, family, and plenty of joking around. But delivery days are pretty sweet too.

There will always be something special about seeing our little family business and the words “Shut Your Pie Hole” make their way through the doors of the Grand Ole Opry. It’s a reminder that big dreams can grow from a simple family recipe and a whole lot of hard work.

It’s a new month, which means it’s time to show some love to one of our favorites… Peach! 🍑

It’s officially peach season, and there’s no better time to enjoy one of our Peach Fried Pies. Made from scratch and packed with sweet, juicy peach filling, they’re the perfect combination of flaky, crispy, and delicious.

If you haven’t had one lately, this is your sign to fix that.

This summer, Ellie decided she wanted to earn a little spending money and spend her days helping Aunt Helen and Mamie in the Pie Cottage.

She has quickly learned that making homemade fried pies isn’t as easy as it looks. From prepping and filling to crimping, glazing, packing, and even deliveries, she’s gotten a firsthand look at just how much work goes into every single pie.

We couldn’t be more proud of her willingness to work hard, learn new skills, and be part of our little family business.
