The temps feel a little cooler today, there’s a Hallmark movie playing in the background, and I’m tying up fall plaids. 🍂📺 Basically my perfect kind of work day. 😍

Every single knot you see? Tied by me.

It’s kind of crazy to think about how many knots I’ve tied over the years. When I first started, sometimes I’d tie the same one 15 times before I finally got it just right. Even now, I’ll untie and re-tie a headband 3–4 times until I’m happy with it.

After thousands of headbands, I’ve definitely perfected my technique…but I’m still pretty picky about my knots. 😂

And these THREE fall plaids?! 😍 Orange, brown, green and all the cozy fall vibes. 🍁

These beauties + several more new fall styles will be hitting the site in the next couple of days! 👀

The tiny details. The soft textures. The slightly imperfect edges that remind you an actual person sat down, picked out the fabric, cut each piece, and turned it into something special.

These are giving me all the sweet, vintage, girly vibes and I’m completely here for it. 💕

What’s something new you’ve tried recently that you’re proud of? Big or small, I want to hear it. Let’s celebrate those wins and cheer each other on along the way! 🩷

One thing I didn’t expect when I started a small business was just how many new things I’d have to learn.

Some are fun. Some are frustrating. Most involve a LOT of trial and error. 😂

This serger is a perfect example. I definitely didn’t sit down and magically know how to use it. There were wonky stitches, lots of adjusting, Googling, rethreading…and probably a few choice words along the way. 🤪

But there’s something so satisfying about sticking with something long enough to make progress—even if you haven’t perfected it yet.

I think that might be one of my favorite parts of being a small business owner. I’m constantly learning, experimenting and realizing I’m capable of doing things I couldn’t do before. 🩷
