Our Craziest Engagement Ring Story?

A proposal in Cabo San Lucas.

The ring was delayed in shipping, and our customer had already left for Mexico.

Most jewelers would've said, "Sorry."

We didn't.

Our manager, Karen, tracked down the ring, caught a same-day flight, met the customer on the beach in Cabo, and hand-delivered the engagement ring just in time for the proposal.

The proposal happened exactly as planned.
