Hey Blush Babes! Ann Rose here! I’m the owner/founder of Blush Confetti. We are a balloon decor and party rental company located in Northern Virginia—Sterling.

I am the mother to two AMAZING boys—14 months + 5yrs old. They are truly my inspiration for starting my small business.

Motherhood has taught me even the smallest achievements are worth celebrating! Creative balloon decor has become a staple in my home—from half birthdays to graduations.
