🇺🇸🍦 Happy Labor Day from Sweet Treat Rentals!

You usually see the finished product — machines set up, ice cream swirling, frozen drinks pouring and guests having a great time.

But there’s a whole lot of work behind the scenes before we ever get there!

Loading, unloading, prepping, cleaning, delivering, picking back up…and then doing it all over again. 😂 And we wouldn’t trade it.

As a small family business, we’re incredibly thankful for our crew, our family and every customer who keeps us busy doing what we love. ❤️

Today, here’s to everyone who works hard, no matter what that work looks like.

🍹🎢 Look where our frozen drink machines ended up!

We had so much fun seeing a couple of our machines make their way to Alabama Adventure’s Adults Only event!

While the Alabama Adventure team took care of the drinks and serving, Sweet Treat Rentals supplied the frozen drink machines that kept everything perfectly frozen and ready to pour all night long. 🍹

One of the things we love about our machines is just how many different ways they can be used. Weddings, birthdays, corporate events, neighborhood parties… and apparently even an adults-only night at an amusement park! 😂🎢

Thanks to Alabama Adventure for letting our machines be a small part of such a fun event!

🍹 POV: You’re growing up in the family business… ❤️

One of the coolest parts of building Sweet Treat Rentals has been getting to bring our kids along for the ride.

Sometimes Mom’s behind the camera, Dad’s grabbing supplies, and our smallest crew members are right there making sure we pick the good flavors. 😂🍹

There’s a lot that happens behind the scenes before our machines ever show up at an event, and getting to do some of those little things together as a family makes it that much sweeter.

These moments probably don’t seem like much to them right now, but we have a feeling they’ll be some pretty special memories to look back on one day. ❤️

Of course, we couldn’t leave without asking our official flavor inspector for his approval. 😂

🍦 Sometimes the sweetest part of an event comes after the last swirl is served. ❤️

We received this handwritten note from one of our customers, and it was one of those things that made us stop for a minute and smile.

And can we talk about how PERFECT their thank-you card was?! 🍦🚐 An ice cream truck card for the ice cream people… they definitely understood the assignment! 😂❤️

We get to deliver ice cream and frozen drinks to some pretty incredible celebrations, but the best part of this little business continues to be the people we meet along the way.

Knowing that something as simple as soft serve can add a little extra fun to someone’s special day — and that they enjoyed having us be a small part of it — means more to us than they probably realize.

To every person who has booked us, recommended us to a friend, left us a review, sent us pictures, tagged us in a post, or even taken the time to write us a note like this…

Thank you. ❤️

You aren’t just renting an ice cream machine. You’re allowing our family business to be part of some of life’s sweetest moments — and we don’t take that for granted. 🍦

🍦 A Sweet Send-Off for a Well-Deserved Retirement! 🎉

We had the privilege of helping the team at Pediatrics East – Trussville, part of Children’s of Alabama, celebrate the retirement of one of their physicians with an ice cream social! ❤️

After a career spent caring for children and families, we can’t think of a much sweeter way to gather coworkers and friends together to celebrate such an important milestone.

Congratulations on an incredible career and a well-deserved retirement! We hope this next chapter brings plenty of time to relax, make new memories, and enjoy all the sweet things ahead. 🍦

🍎✏️ A New School Year Is Here! 🍦

As everyone gets ready for the 2026–2027 school year, we’re looking back at some of the sweetest stops we made toward the end of last school year — celebrating the teachers and staff who give so much to their students every single day. ❤️

We loved watching teachers step away from the classroom for a few minutes, grab a swirl of soft serve, add their favorite toppings, and simply enjoy being appreciated.

And while Teacher Appreciation Week gets its own special place on the calendar, we think the people pouring into our kids deserve a little appreciation all year long. 🍦

Whether it’s back-to-school, a faculty celebration, testing week, an end-of-semester treat, or simply a “thank you for everything you do” kind of day, soft serve makes for a pretty sweet surprise — and we make it easy on the school, too!
