Five years ago, the Flores family opened Don Pibil with a simple dream: to share authentic Mexican flavors in a warm, everyday spot where everyone felt right at home. Thanks to the welcoming community, it became a town favorite.
In the back of their minds, however, there was always a second dream quietly taking shape. They envisioned a separate culinary space, one without limits, where they could expand their kitchen, bring new twists to classic favorites, and offer a brand new dining experience designed around gathering.
The rumors are true, but this isn't just a second chapter for Don Pibil. Nixta is its own standalone story.
Our vision for this space is simple: iconic flavors with authentic heritage. From stacks of warm pancakes to authentic Mexican classics, we are combining familiar comfort foods with rich heritage recipes. Same heart, a new kitchen, and a dining experience created just for you.
