Finished sizes are approximately:
Small - 6.25" x 8"
Medium - 7.5" x 9.75"
Large - 8.5" x 10.75"
Extra Large - 9 5/8" x 12"

Book Sleeve!!!! I am so excited how this turned out. I found this pattern on Etsy! It comes in 4 different sizes. The pink and floral is the medium and the sage and floral is the large.

The front pocket is perfect for a pen, highlighter, extra bookmark, etc. So easy to slip into tote to protect your books.

The pink and floral was my first run through of the pattern. It fits an 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 x 1 1/2 sized book perfectly.

The sage and floral turned out much better for me. This size fits 2 books and possibly 3 depending on thickness.

Hi!! I'm Vicki - sewist, maker, creator. I am Dusty Owl Creations!

Sewing is a BIG passion of mine. I love to create for everyone and anyone. We all deserve to have one-of-a-kind bags, wallets, pouches, etc.

I use many patterns from Sew Hungry Hippie and have been branching out to other pattern creators such as The Make Space (f/k/a Sewing Patterns by Mrs. H), Swoon, Sew Many Creations, and more.

Many of the materials are from Sew Hungry Hippie as that is a local shop in my town that I enjoy supporting; plus, the products are amazing! I will also use materials from Spoonflower as that is a great place to get one-of-a-kind fabric prints.

If you are looking to have something created, send me a private message or send an email. I would love to make something just for you!
