STILLNESS. 🏔️

Mountain pose looks like you're doing nothing.

You're standing. That's it. Feet on the floor, arms down, eyes forward.

And any yoga teacher will tell you it's one of the hardest poses there is — because there's nothing to hide behind. No stretch to chase. No balance to win.

Just you, being still, on purpose.

Most of us are better at doing than we are at that.

From the Yoga Collection. Link in bio. 💗

I know. It's October. 🎁

But every year the holidays go from "we have plenty of time" to "HOW ARE THE HOLIDAYS NEXT WEEK?!" 😂

So here's your friendly reminder:

If you already know someone who would love one of these messages, don't wait until panic-shopping season.
Choose the WORD that sounds like them. That's what makes the gift personal. 💗

Who's always the hardest person on your holiday list? 👇

BE.

Two letters. Harder than they sound.

Be here. Be yourself. Be messy. Be learning.
Be happy without explaining why.

Be quiet without apologizing.
You don't always have to be becoming something. Sometimes you're allowed to simply BE. 💗

What would you stop worrying about if you gave yourself permission to just be? 👇

Hello Beautiful! 💗

Every inch of you got you here.

The soft parts. The scarred parts. The changed parts.
Wear them as a badge of honor.

We are all beautiful just as we are. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL.
Body positivity, baby! 💋

Your body isn't a before picture. It's where your entire life is happening.

Stratford Farmers Market today! 🚐💋
Jenny's Traveling Threads is out among the produce and the pumpkins.
⏰ 2 to 6
A little different from a craft fair, and I love it. Fresh air, local vendors, and people out doing their afternoon errands.
Come find the lips and find your word. 💋

PRIDE. 💗

So many times, we don't give ourselves enough credit.

You made it through so much to get HERE.

Look back. Look at what you've accomplished. Look at what you've learned.
And be proud of YOU.

Sometimes we have to be our own biggest cheerleader.

What are you proud of yourself for right now? 👇

Old Saybrook — day two! 🍂💋

We're back on the Town Green today from 10–4.

Yesterday was such a good day. There's something about a fall Saturday on a Connecticut town green that just works.

Come find the word that sounds like you. 💋
