Prices for Single Family Homes in Port St. Lucie in October continued their upward trend with strong double digit increases year over year. Inventory decreased again to 4 months. Way below a balanced market number of 6 months worth of inventory. Cash purchases dropped substantially. A sign that investor activity may be waning. The first wave of "Snowbirds" is in town and they are out and about looking at properties. All in all, good news to be happy for this Thanksgiving. Enjoy your Thanksgiving everyone!
