I'm answering a few questions about creamed honey!

•Contrary to the name, there's no diary added. Creamed Honey gets is buttery consistency during a specialized crystalization process that takes a week or so to complete. So, it's shelf stable, just like regular honey.

•It's still our 100% pure wildflower honey. No additives (other than spices for seasonal flavors).

• It's delicious. A lighter flavor, same sweetness. •Added bonus: The thicker consistency helps avoid the sticky mess of regular honey.
