MY BIGGEST PIECE IS COMPLETE.
About 30 hours of knotting, nearly 275 yards of cord, and an immeasurable amount of patience, grace, and love went into this.

What these photos don’t show are the countless mistakes—undoing and retying knots, cutting cords over 15 feet long, carefully hiding every end so the back looks just as clean as the front. The hot glue burns, the needle pricks, the sore arms after eight-hour stretches of knotting—on top of full days spent being a mom, tending a big garden, running to outings, and cheering my heart out in the stands at my son’s baseball games.

It’s a labor most people never see.

But there’s something about the way the cord moves through my fingers—it feels like magic every time. And no matter how much work goes into it, I know I’ll never stop. Because when a piece like this finally reaches the finish line… my heart skips a beat.

I certainly am LOVED. Supporting a small business isn't just buying from them. It's seeing stuff in thrift stores, rummage sales, curb alerts and collaborating together. It's a hey, "I seen this and thought of you, could you use this"?
