Good morning,

Gus and I worked out today at the Y. I enjoy it so much! I go into the steam room and the sauna, makes me feel so much better. I definitely feel like I can walk better. My core is stronger which is one of my biggest issues. I didn't get my Bible studying this morning which I need to do. I always feel so much better when I read the Bible. Maybe we'll do that when we get home. And while I don't struggle with a ra anymore, I still struggle with the damage and just the stiffness and so the pool really gets rid of all the stiffness and I feel so much better. It also really helps my mind like I feel like working out makes such a difference in my mental health and I haven't done it for a few weeks now. Just been so busy. I definitely can tell.

Good morning,

I got back to going to the YMCA and swimming yesterday.

Wow, I needed it!

I'm enjoying driving our 'new to us' truck. I'm so thankful for these blessings. Joshua is buying his 'new to him' SUV as I write this.

Having car troubles while Salena's was here was super fun! 😆 😒🙄

Missing my daughter and grandsons!

Praying for all those dealing with these horrific fires 🔥! Salena was given a warning not to go outside, if at all possible, during the day when the smoke was so bad.

The Lord restores
