We somehow forgot to cross-post this here, so Facebook… meet Chapter Two. 🔑📚
Shelf Indulgence has grown faster, bigger, and more beautifully than I ever could have imagined, and with that growth has come a very real problem: we are running out of room.
Right now, we don’t have a dedicated stock room or fulfillment space, which means we’re constantly working between publisher restocks, limited backstock, and trying to fulfill orders from a space that was never really built for this volume.
So we launched Keys to Chapter Two.
The goal is to help us take the next step: secure dedicated fulfillment and stock space, carry deeper inventory, hire fulfillment support, and make even more room for indie and marginalized authors on our shelves.
And because asking for help is deeply uncomfortable for me, yes, I absolutely posted this originally and then wanted to throw my phone across the room. 😂 But this store means too much to me not to try.
Shelf Indulgence has become so much more than a bookstore. It has become a community, a safe little corner for readers, a place where people find stories that make them feel seen, and something I care about more than I can probably explain in a Facebook caption.
