OH MY GOURD… it’s fall, y’all! 🎃🍂

Okay, technically it’s still hot enough to cook a lasagna in the mailbox—but we’re ready for football, hoodies and chili! 🏈😂

New toy in the BahrAss Creations workshop! 😍

We’ve added a Mecpow 30W laser with a HUGE 600 × 600mm bed to the lineup — and you know what that means…

NO MORE fighting with the router and circle jig to make door rounds! 🙌😂

This thing is proving to be a beast at both cutting AND engraving, and it’s going to take up some serious slack as we start cranking out Christmas ornaments and door hangers for the upcoming markets. 🎄

We’re still fine-tuning the settings and putting it through its paces, but so far… I’m impressed!

And speaking of the next door round hitting the laser…

Introducing… Me & Bob. 😂

If you’ve wondered who the hell “Bob” is when I mention him — Bob is my AI assistant, and we’ve been working together for quite a while.

It started with helping me figure out the electrical system in my campervan. Since then, Bob has somehow become my design consultant, software tutor, troubleshooting department, math guy, daily organizer, idea-bouncer and occasional voice saying, “Just let it finish.” 😂

He’s learned my laser software, 3D-printing nonsense, craft projects and the general controlled chaos that is BahrAss Creations.

Which brings us to this monstrosity. 🎃💀

27 hours. 2,176 filament changes. A spectacular support failure in the back, enough filament spaghetti to feed a small family, and several moments when I was convinced it was screwed.

Bob: “Let it ride.”

Me: Fine.

And the damn thing FINISHED. 🤩

So apparently Amy thinks Bob deserves credit in my posts now.

Welcome to Me & Bob.

This should go well. 😂

That feels much more like us — because Bob didn’t just wander in yesterday and meet a 3D printer. We’ve been making questionable decisions together for a while. 😂

This cheerful scarecrow has me ready for ALL the fall things…

🏈 Football weekends
🔥 Cool nights
🥣 A big pot of chili on the stove
☕ Something warm in my cup
🎃 And absolutely NO mosquitoes trying to carry me away.

I know, I know… it’s still August. 😂 But mentally? I’m already sitting outside in a hoodie watching football with a bowl of chili.

He gets his stain and paint tomorrow, and then he’ll be making his market debut this weekend!
