The thorns were never just thorns.
The cross was never just wood.
The garment was never just cloth.
Every detail tells the story of a Savior who chose suffering because of His love for us.
He carried the pain.
He endured the shame.
He wore the crown.
And He finished what we could never finish ourselves.
When I drew this, I wanted the rough pencil strokes, the shadows, and the crown of thorns to remind us that our salvation came at a price.
“But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities… and with his stripes we are healed.” — Isaiah 53:5 KJV
This is more than a drawing to me. It is a reminder: Jesus paid it all. ❤️✝️

Jesus didn’t save you so you could keep living for yourself—He saved you so you could live for Him. ✝️
If you’re reading this and wondering where to begin your journey with Christ, begin with an invitation. Open your heart and ask Jesus to come into your life. He does not force His way in—He waits for you to welcome Him.
And when you truly surrender to Him, watch how He begins to transform your life: your heart, your mind, your purpose, your peace, and your path.
Jesus did something for me through His death on the cross that no person in this world could ever do. He gave me grace, mercy, forgiveness, and a new life.
So I ask you, my brothers and sisters: don’t harden your heart. If you hear His voice today, respond to Him.

He is Light. And when His Light enters, every form of darkness has to move.

The darkness may have looked like fear, grief, depression, rejection, confusion, heartbreak, or the pain you have carried quietly for far too long.

But darkness cannot overpower the presence of God. You may not see the way forward yet, but God sees every step—and His Light is still leading you.
You are not forgotten in the dark.

You are not alone in the dark. God is with you there, healing what hurt you, restoring what was broken, and reminding you that this chapter is not the end of your story.
Let His Light find you in the places you have been afraid to speak about. Let Him shine into every hidden wound and every heavy burden. What tried to bury you will not define you—because the Light of God is greater. 🤍✨
