Carnelian holds the frequencies of vitality, that fire we feel burning from the center of our belly and powers us forward. This energy center is called the Sacral chakra, or Hara, and also happens to be the mass centroid of the human being.

Carnelian reminds you of that fire you have in you. A fire that when fed with the emotion of your passions and creativity, it becomes a superpower. The same fire that, when driven by emotions of anger, can take you on less desired paths. A fire that when dimmed, it keeps you stuck with feelings of hopelessness, disappointment and lack of motivation.

Like Spider Man’s uncle Ben said: “With great power comes great responsibility”. And may Carnelian be a reminder of that burning power you hold in your center.

Carnelian is part of the Quartz Family. Like all agates, Carnelian doesn’t have the perfectly geometric inner structure of Quartz, but a microcrystalline and amorphous one. This probably puts her in the weirdo side of the family - imagine that carefree aunt that was always criticized at family reunions for working on something that is not the family business.

Carnelian’s vibrant color may seem disruptive in a sea of pastel colored silicates, and the banding she sometimes dares to exhibit may hit other quartzes in their nose. But there’s a power Carnelian and her chalcedonian sisters hold that challenges the rigidity of Quartz, and it is that with lack of a crystalline structure comes fluidity, adaptability, and uniqueness.
A result from the crystallization of fluids inside voids or fractures within rocks, Carnelian Agate is proof that you can grow into something unique and beautiful from even the most restrictive of environments and still be as resilient, as unique, and as powerful as your preppy cousins.

Clear Quartz is the most abundant mineral in the Lithosphere. I occurs as a single mineral, or as an ingredient forming most rocks. Its many variations and colors, resistance to weathering, plus a hardness (6) that is just above the middle of the 1 to 10 scale, makes Quartz one of the most stable minerals in the Mineral Kingdom.

Aquamarine takes me to a beautiful beach with shallow, calm, turquoise waters and pearly white sand. The cleavage pattern this mineral overlaps with the luminous pattern the water surface reflects on the sandy bottom.

And, while floating on the water, arms extended, and warmed by the sunlight, I am at peace. I’m able to let go while in the knowledge that all is well.
There is no resistance anywhere in my body. No worries, no tensions. No fears.

This is my sacred space. A place of reintegration and pause. A place in which there is no deadlines, because time is not relevant in here. This is the place in which I am ME in all my Higher Self.

In this place I experience a mental and emotional clarity that can be compared with the clear water beneath. As water symbolizes emotions, I can freely say that in this present moment I linger in a state of neutrality.

This is a state of clarity in which I can ask myself my most burning questions about my path and purpose. It is here where I make the decisions about my next steps, and direction to lean to. This is the place where I remember how it feels to be my authentic self.

JUST FOT TODAY:
Go to your private beach, and see yourself floating in the turquoise waters. Feel the sensations on your skin from the contact with the water underneath you. Feel the buoyancy of your own body as you flow with the calm oscillation of the waves. Merge with the stillness of this moment.
In this moment you are held, supported by the peaceful embrace of the sunlight, the breeze, and the water. In this moment of pause, you are away from the ordinary weight of your daily responsibilities.

And from this place of peace and neutrality, ask yourself “How this _______ feels in my life?”
It could be a decision about an opportunity that has presented itself, or something that you are not sure you should continue having in your life.
Tune into the sensations that come once you think about your question. You may feel gently floating or uplifted, or you may feel like sinking under by the weight of a crashing wave.

And you’ll know the answer that best honors your inner truth.

A channeled message by Archangel Gabriel:     
     
Raise your vibration to the frequencies of your throat center.   The world needs to hear you, to see what you have to offer.      
Express with your own words, with your own hands, and with the things you make with your hands. And people will turn their attention to you.      
     
We invite you to be your true Self.      
Without fears, without restrictions.      
Honor Yourself, your wants, your Truth.     
     
Pay attention to the feelings of Yearning. Yearning resonates with the frequencies of that which is Truth in your heart.      
That’s why acknowledging our feeling of yearning is so important. Yearning is a cord pulling you, guiding you into the right direction back into alignment.     
Pay attention to it.      
Yearning is a stronger emotion than craving, which is why it can’t go ignored for long.      
Because the more you ignore it, the louder it gets - the more dissonance you experience in your life-.      
     
The way out of dissonance is by returning into alignment with yourself and others as well.     
You’ve been taught to be things other than yourself. To be compliant to other people’s wants and needs.      
Why not be what they are afraid to be?.     
     
They see your courage to being true to yourself, and that makes them feel uncomfortable. Their insecurities are highlighted when in the face of your own courage. And that makes them feel in dissonance. A dissonance that would force them to vibrate higher. But they don’t want to make the effort in order to change, so they rather force you into a level that is as low as theirs.      
     
Because they are comfortable living in their lower versions, they don’t need a reminder of their own inadequacy. So instead of doing the works of “raising themselves” into higher frequency, they rather pull you down. Making you forget who you really are in the process.      
     
It is in your nature to be you. And you feel “sick” (emotionally, mentally, physically) when you are not you.     
And here is when the feelings of Yearning come. To remind you who you are, and show you the way back into alignment.
