I do not forge these knives. I purchase all of the blades from an American Supplier. The wood I buy, cut and stabilize myself. I use to forge my own knives but then I realize after a while, who can really afford $300-$400 for a knife? I know I can't. That is why I started making knives this way. It gives you a GOOD QUALITY knife at an affordable price. All of the knives are made from a steel that is similar to Stainless Steel 440B, but with a higher carbon, cobalt and vanadium content to add more strength to the blade.
