Sunday. 1 PM - 7 PM Harmony Holistic Essentials was created when I wanted to help those with medical problems, specifically joint and bone pain, that they could no longer to more to help. For example, someone I know has been put on the max pain medication by their doctor to help with their severe back pain. They had been injured while w

orking and severely injured their lower spine to the point of no able to physically do much. They see a pain specialist who can not up their pain medications anymore. So I researched what there was that they could do at home. I had been looking in plants and their uses into natural medicine that had been actually studied and backed by modern science. Their is some truth to “Old Wives Tales” as far as some plants go. I found that, specifically, the plant Comfrey has significant healing properties to bones and joints. It is considered a natural Acetametaphin. Along with it liver cautions. Oral dosage was not a good idea, so I looked into topical solutions. I also found that Lavender is a natural anti-inflammatory. Not just there to smell nice. Then found that Calendula (aka Marigold) is really good for healing scar tissue and most minor injuries to the skin. So I created a recipe for the salve. Came out to call it Joint & Back Pain. I handed it to my friend and helped them apply it to where the pain feels to originate from. They told me it really helped them. Believe me, they are a not natural remedy enthusiast at all. They were very skeptical, but were willing to try. I was very happy that it helped. I went with them to their next pain specialist appointment and handed them the jar and recipe so they could approve or make suggestions on changes.

- It’s very important to make sure you discuss anything you decide to put in or on to you doctor. They know what is safe for you and what isn’t. That is the very core of their job. Making sure you are taking care of yourself and helping you where they can. -

To my surprise, they LOVED the idea and approved. Then asked for a jar for another patient they are trying to help and is in a similar situation with their medication. I happily agreed and handed one to them. This story was not to boast or lift up my products. This is what happened and is to give an example that I care about what I do and who I do it for. Since then, I have created a Muscle Pain & Sore salve, Beauty Salve, Calendula, & a Severe Skin Treatment cream. I am very happy with them and have had great feedback. Of Course I make a lot of other things. Soaps, Room Sprays, Bath Salts, Bath Tea Bags, Lotions (very popular item), Hand & Foot Balms, Beard Balms & Oils, Steam Bags (Congestion and Pore-Refining), and NOW making Semi-Precious Jewelry and Keychains. I also make some things upon request like Herbal Teas for various health concerns (Liver damage) or just basic Herbal Teas for enjoyment. Please feel free to contact me and ask me things.
