Its time to quit Playing around, your future depends on it. Enough games and slothful actions, you're FAMILIES future depends on it. Literally. Whats crazy? I think you already know that, and can FEEL it intuitively, but your still not taking the serious action steps you WOULD be taking if your life depended on it. Which is bogus my friend. Because it does, right now. Its like looking at the rain cloud dumping on the city beside you over the valley and all the wind clearly blowing your way so you go out and fasten down the hatches and close up shop for the big storm. Except, your NOT. You're still spending all your time at work like your paycheck will save you.
Hard truth: You cant Eat Paper -- And you know what I mean.
So here's the deal. I have spent a decade helping families get STARTED with growint food. I dont teach enterprise level farming, i teach FAMILIES how to feed themselves from their own land, whether a 4x4 garden box from an apartment deck, or a family with 500+acres feeling called to prepare every needful thing required to feed and protect and preserve 1000+ people and other families who will come one day in need (those are my favorite clients, because im one too, I see you).
Nothing is Real On the Internet anymore. So I Created a means to connect us to what IS real (God, The Dirt, & Eachother) THROUGH said connections of the internet. I call it TIAG Community, an acronym that stands for my pen name: The Independent American Gardener . Because the backbone of self sufficient families, lies in the hands of The Independent American Gardener | TIAG Community (s).
And I have done that, big time, successfully, across the country, for 7 years and counting. Everything we do ONLINE takes you and your family OFFLINE, in the most beautiful and Empowering Ways to free you from generationally accepted financial, intellectually, time, economic, governmental, and performance based "slavery" we call normal today across America.
Someone else owns your food, so you have to go to work to buy it, so you have to have a job to go to, so you have to be employed, so you have to trade your time, so you have to choose between eating vs your labor, so you have no choice at all.
Thats bandage. Someone else decides what they want you to do in exchange for food, water, and shelter. And your taxed through every step of it.
And its a self imposed bandage, because in America we still have the ability to opt out, but it has purposefully been made incredibly difficult to do so, so few even try, and even fewer are successful, and even few still are accepted, and ALL who try are challanged.
Thats bullcrap.
The off ramp from a poisonous labor bound society should be clean, obvious, and flashed from every hill top for every family to see, there should be help at every turn to break free from the taxed slavery we called economy, and entrepreneurship should be the backbone of every household in an industrious but independence focused community. Yet we are not. We are not feeding ourselves from home and community, we sre importing everything from China. We are not deciding for ourselves if a pond and fish is an okay food source at home, we are asking permission and begging to PAY for permits annually to even try. We are not planting gardens and fruit trees down every street like its Eden, we are replacing real life with synthetic turf and calling it progress, while heating our commons into toxic environments and labeling it kid friendly.
This is bullcrap. And I object, flat out.
I want fruit trees in the street and jobs to harvest not spray.
I want gardens in every front yard and community agriculture not HOAs.
I want farmers market small family business, not everything we buy big corporate monopolized.
I want freedom of speech, not the need to keep guns just to preserve it. But ill have both if so be it.
I want earthen floors and naturalized shelters based on universal laws and patterns in nature, not chemical poisons inducing cancer.
And I refuse to accept sending children to a jail for indoctrination, over real life experiential education.
