Sample review from customer; The technician who fixed my SpeedCook Master microwave was highly skilled and professional. Scheduling the appointment was hassle-free, and the technician arrived punctually. This microwave's pros include its combination cooking modes and sleek design. However, I faced an issue where the microwave's turntable was not rotating during operation. The symptoms included unevenly heated food and limited cooking performance. The technician identified a worn-out turntable motor and efficiently replaced it, ensuring even cooking and improved functionality. I appreciate the technician's attention to detail and the restored convenience of the microwave.
