I’ve been practicing drawing scrolls and borders. A big part of engraving involves hand control. Most of these doodles I did while watching tv, lol. I’m finding renewed joy in sketching!

View from my bench this evening. I’m currently working on several projects and my bench is a mess!!! I ❤️ my chaotic bench!

With all of my new engraving practice, I’m seeing scrolls everywhere! I happened to see this pretty scroll in the clouds yesterday and had to take a picture.

If I had only known that making jewelry required some math skills while I was in school—I might have paid more attention in geometry class, 😆! Currently working on making some templates for cones that will go on the tips of the leather for this bolo tie. Howlite and sterling silver.
