This exceptionally early solid-cast bronze Ganesh is likely around 1,500 years old and came from a group of Gandharan objects. Particularly striking is the unusual human-like face and apparent absence of a trunk. Close examination suggests that the facial features and trunk area may have been worn remarkably flat through prolonged ritual handling and perhaps reworked very early in the sculpture’s history. Alternatively, it may represent an exceptionally rare early human-faced form of Ganesh. Heavy for its small size, it measures only 2⅛ inches tall and 3⅝ inches on its custom base, with a rich, deeply developed patina.

This charming Burmese bronze Buddha is likely from the late Pyu period, tentatively dating to the 9th–11th century, though the exact age remains difficult to determine. This superb Chinese Bodhisattva of Compassion dates to the 18th or 19th century and is among the finest examples of this type. The figure stands gracefully upon a lotus pedestal, holding a small vessel while raising the opposite hand in a gesture of blessing. Richly detailed robes, an elaborate crown, and finely modeled facial features give the sculpture an exceptional sense of elegance and serenity. Whether cast from a mold or individually modeled is ultimately secondary, as the quality of the finishing and hand-work is outstanding.

The bronze retains an attractive, naturally aged surface with traces of original gilding and a warm patina that enhances the crisp details throughout. The base appears to have been sealed, suggesting the figure was likely consecrated for devotional use. This finely cast Chinese gilded bronze Bodhisattva dates to approximately the 18th century and depicts a multi-armed manifestation associated with compassion and enlightened activity. Despite its miniature scale, the figure is exceptionally detailed, with multiple radiating arms, an elaborate crown, and traces of the original gilding still visible across the surface. The balanced composition and intricate openwork casting demonstrate a high level of craftsmanship, qualities rarely achieved in bronzes of this size.

The Bodhisattva is seated upon a lotus pedestal in a devotional pose, with the central hands joined in *anjali mudra* while the surrounding arms originally held various ritual attributes, some of which are now missing. These minor losses are consistent with the age of the piece and do little to diminish its visual impact or rarity. Small early Chinese gilt bronze figures of this quality are increasingly difficult to find, making this an attractive and highly collectible example with excellent presence despite its compact dimensions.
