Have items to sell? Vendors are welcome and can register right at the gate between 5am-7am.

📍 Hags & Hagglers Barn Sale Oak Clearings Farm 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

No set prices because we expect the haggle!

We'll also have a HUGE FREE pile loaded with treasures that are free for the taking.

Donations to the museum are always appreciated but never required.

📍 2nd Annual Summer Social Downtown Main Street Union Grove 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

This FREE, family friendly community event is back! Last year was a huge success, and this year promises to be even bigger.

Enjoy local vendors, small business specials, raffles, live music, delicious food, face painting, animals, shopping, and activities for all.

Whether you're treasure hunting, supporting local businesses, or just looking for a fun day out, there's something happening all over Union Grove.

Yesterday was a perfect day for the Barn Sale! Thank you to everyone who stopped by.

If you can't make it out on Sundays from 10am to 4pm, you still have two Saturday opportunities to visit Hags & Hagglers this year.

On these two Saturdays, you can make a full day of treasure hunting by visiting both the Union Grove Flea Market at the Racine County Fairgrounds and the Hags & Hagglers Barn Sale at Oak Clearings.

We're about 3 minutes straight shot from Downtown Union Grove.

What is a barn sale with no price tags and no set prices?

Imagine walking into a sale where nothing has a price tag.

You look around.

You spot something you love.

You pick it up and ask, "How much is this?"

Without missing a beat, I smile and say...

"One million dollars."

You laugh.

I laugh.

Then I explain our philosophy.

Things are only worth what someone is willing to pay.

You know what you're comfortable paying.

I know what I'm comfortable accepting.

Somehow, we usually meet in the middle, and everyone walks away happy.

Our goal is to keep usable items out of our landfills and help them find a new home. It's never been about the money.

That's why there are no price tags.

There are no set prices.

There are only conversations, stories, and good old fashioned haggling.

Some people freeze.

Some people whisper to their spouse, "You ask."

Some people worry they're going to lowball us.

Some people confidently throw out a number.

Some people bundle up a whole pile of treasures and leave wondering how they got such a great deal.

It's not a yard sale.

It's not an antique store.

It's not an auction.

It's not an artist or creative supply.

It's a little bit of all of those and more, mixed with laughter, conversation, and the thrill of making a deal.

Around here, every treasure has a story, every offer starts a conversation, and almost everything finds the person it was waiting for.

So yes, everything starts at one million dollars...

Then we work our way down from there.
