I’m pausing my basket making for a bit as my husband and I are in the process of selling our house, which closes on the 21st, so two weeks from today and we will be living in an RV for not sure exactly how long, but definitely temporarily. Not sure how conducive it will be to making baskets, but I still have a bit of an inventory and I am signed up for one market so far over the holidays at the Bearzaar. I am excited for this new adventure, but also a little nervous. Prayers and good thoughts are appreciated. Leaving our home after 38 years is not an easy task, but I’m also excited for what our future holds. Stay tuned…

How cool is this? Colleen, owner of The Sugar Canvas Boutique Bakery,  bought a basket from me. We were both vendors at the Evergreen Valley Lavender Farm Festival recently. I dropped the basket off at her little shop and she had made a couple of cookies with my logo on them.  She mostly does custom orders. How cool to be able to put your logo on a cookie! Thank you Evergreen Valley Lavender Farm for a great market. Saw some old friends and met some new ones. And bonus for only living 10 minutes away. Beautiful backdrop for a market. I believe they’re only open one more weekend so you better get there if you wanna get your lavender and other lavender products.
