EC Assist is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Content Creator & Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who understands how to craft engaging content through reels and short videos, manage posting schedules, and track performance across platforms. You’ll help maintain a consistent brand voice while actively improving engagement and reach.
What You’ll Do:
🎨 Content creation | 📅 Scheduling | 🖥️ Monitoring
- Create eye-catching reels/short videos, captions, and content tailored to each platform
- Plan, schedule, and publish posts across platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
- Monitor post performance and prepare basic reports with engagement insights
- Conduct research on trends, hashtags, and competitors to inform content strategy
- Repurpose FAQs, chat interactions, or service features into engaging content
- Communicate regularly with the team to align content with business goals
⚙️ Tools/Sites You'll Use:
- Facebook and Instagram
- Canva / CapCut
- Discord / WhatsApp
- OneDrive
Nice to have:
- 1+ year of experience in content creation or social media management (Required)
- Strong written English and creative writing skills
- Proficient with Canva and familiar with other design tools
- Basic knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices
- Comfortable with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Creator Studio, etc.)
- Ability to edit short-form videos or reels
- Reliable internet and PC
- Must be flexible to schedule changes
- Able to work independently and manage time well
