Project Related Duties:
• Downloading Plans and printing physical copies
• Generating Submittals/Operation & Maintenance Manuals
• Inputting Sales Orders/Creating parts within software system
• Take orders from inbound phone calls and walk-in customers
• Check-In/Receive/Reconcile/Fulfill Purchase Orders
• Check order status with vendors
• General project assistance

Administrative Related Duties:
• Answering telephones
• Collecting and sorting incoming mail
• Scanning signature copies of customer orders
• Mailing out weekly invoices and monthly account statements
• E-Mailing daily customer invoices and monthly account statements
• Posting/Interfacing/Logging vendor invoices
• Ship customer orders within software system daily
• File claims for damaged material & order discrepancies
• Clean glass doors, dust merchandise & sweep office floor weekly
• Quartermaster responsibilities
• Bank runs to make deposits
• Maintain social media accounts
• Update weekly promotional sales flyer

Preferred Skills & Background:
• Overall solid computer skills using Windows-based programs
• Experience using Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams
• Working within and editing PDF files
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• An understanding of the construction process is preferred but not necessary
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn new processes and patience are required!
