One of our biggest projects to date!
We’ve been spending quite a bit of time in De Smet this year, installing more than 3,000 feet of Oelo permanent lighting throughout downtown — covering 3+ city blocks, several additional stand-alone buildings around town, and this iconic entrance arch.
The system gives the City of De Smet the ability to change colors and displays throughout the year for holidays, events, community celebrations and more.
We still have some finishing touches ahead, but while we were in De Smet on a cloudy day, we turned on the arch lights and grabbed a quick photo. We figured it was finally time to share a little of what we’ve been working on!
Projects like this are a great example of how permanent lighting can go well beyond residential rooflines. From homes and individual businesses to entire downtown districts, there are some pretty incredible possibilities.
