🎨 Calling all women artists in Fayette County and the Whitewater Valley region!
We're seeking original artwork for “Women, Healing & Home,” a special exhibition at the Stephen Joseph Holmes & Elizabeth Handley Holmes Art Gallery inside our new Reid Health Connersville campus.
We're looking for artwork that celebrates the strength, creativity, resilience, and perspectives of women in the Whitewater Valley. Inspired by healing, home, community, hope, and survivorship, selected works will create a welcoming, restorative environment for patients, families, visitors, and caregivers while showcasing the talent of women artists throughout our region.
Who can apply?
🖌️ Female artists from Fayette, Franklin, Union, and Wayne counties
Accepted media include:
• Watercolor
• Photography
• Oil or acrylic on canvas
• Mixed media
• Textile art
• Other two-dimensional works suitable for a healthcare environment

Artists may submit up to five original pieces for consideration. Selected artists will be notified Aug. 28, and chosen works will be featured in the exhibition from October 2026 through January 2027, which coincides with the dedication of the Stephen Joseph Holmes & Elizabeth Handley Holmes Art Gallery and the Jan & Roxie Deer Mammography Suite.
