✨ Employee Spotlight: Mike Tabor ✨

Meet Mike, a key member of the SANCO Equipment team who’s passionate about helping customers keep their equipment running strong—day in and day out.

What Mike loves most: building real relationships. He enjoys earning customers’ trust, understanding what they need, and delivering solutions that keep equipment reliable. That commitment to long-term partnerships and standout service is what motivates him every day.

Mike got his start as a mechanic at Interstate Junction Motorcycles, where he gained hands-on experience across repairs, scheduling, parts inventory, estimates, and day-to-day operations. That well-rounded foundation led him into parts and service management—where he continues to make an impact for our customers.

Outside of work, you’ll find Mike on the golf course, ice fishing, or spending time with his family. He and his wife, Holly, have been married for 14 years and are proud parents to Anthony, Talan, and Lyla. Dream trip? Ireland—for the golf and the scenery.
