Minnesota made candles, wax + so much more! I'm a full time working mom who also runs this business!

Since starting a family, the things I bring into my home have become of utmost importance to me. I became so much more aware of what we eat, use and surround ourselves with in our home and what kinds of effects they have on us. In that effort, I began to research how to remove chemicals from my life and home. In that research I discovered essential oils and their powers to do amazing things without being harmful to my family with the safe and educated use of them. I still have some work to do - but am moving forward one piece at a time towards the healthiest life for myself and my family. This is what I truly love to do: create safe, natural and enjoyable products for people to use in their homes and lives: to create their own clean havens. Your home is the most wonderful, comfortable place to be - and making it safe and clean is so important! I hope my products can help you to accomplish that. SUCH a beautiful part of my Sunday - delivering to & visiting with Mustard Seed Market in Lindstrom! 💜

I’ve been wanting to visit her expanded shop for long enough. 👏

I still can’t believe my candles are here in this beautiful, special space. Johanna & her team are so kind, welcoming and talented. If you haven’t stopped in here, it is a MUST!

Mr Clean Haven came with & we had an amazing lunch at Nordic Harbor, then spent the afternoon kayaking & getting our home in order for the week.

I’ll be falling asleep tonight feeling accomplished & grateful. 🕯️✨

Ok, my boys finally got to me 😂 we got squishies! After months of them telling me how much they & their friends love them, here we are.

They picked every single design! We had some good discussions about how to choose what people want, how to take photos, how to display them. We have more coming in each week and lots of fun unique ones coming closer to the holidays.

No, they’re not N E E D O H… I can’t get those and it’s all my fault 🤦‍♀️ that’s a story for another day.

Anyway, they’re here - we had so much fun last week seeing which ones everyone loved the most & will keep them coming! ✨

Earlier this year, my very special friend Jodi said something to me that I’ve been thinking about often. This isn’t a direct quote - but something along the lines of “Everyday we are planting seeds, and we never know when those seeds will grow to be ready to harvest. But we need to be ready to harvest them when the time is right”.

Wow. Isn’t that the truth?

We were talking about opportunities that didn’t work out, feeling disappointment and how to move beyond it to move forward.

It’s especially been on my mind the last months. There’s been rain, drought, storms & beautiful sunny warm days during the current growing season I’m in over here. I’ve learned more than ever in those times.

Throughout it all, I’m beginning to feel the harvest season coming. It feels like things are coming together and they’re blooming into something really special.

I bet many of you may feel the same about journeys you’re on too. Keep watering, weeding, fertilizing and waiting… with patience.

Because if you do, this harvest season is going to be the most beautiful & fulfilling one you’ve ever seen. 🌼 🌱 ☀️

We’re excited to say that our little team is expanding! ✨ Yesterday was Jayne’s first day training & learning in the shop so that by the busy season she will be ready to rock & roll with us! 👏

Jayne brings so much experience & insight with 10 years of running her own store in Rock Creek. We simply love her: she’s bubbly, fun, a quick learner - and WE plan to learn a lot from HER. 💜

In the 8 years I’ve been putting together subscriptions (has it already been 8 years?!!) - this month’s is a top three favorite for me!

I wanted to creep closer to Fall without going off the deep end and upsetting all the Summer lovers 😂 so I got to thinking. What’s the first glimpse of Fall that we get excited for a peek of? COZY DRINKS!

That’s what inspired this months surprise box, wax set and candle of the month. 🕯️ Think of it like a delicious coffee flight, but in wax & candles!

This was SO fun to make & put together, and I have a pretty good feeling the extras I made are going to find their new homes too! ☕️ 🍂 😋

Unlike other shops that already have their place fully set for Fall (AKA - people that have their life together unlike me 😂) we are not quite there yet. I do however have a plan and it’s setting into motion!

In the meantime - I did spend some time this week getting the most LOVELY brand new Geometry for Fall set into its new home! 😍 🍁 🎃 I do have some more “halloweeny” designs coming soon… but the dark florals, sweet pumpkins, forest animals & pretty plaids have my heart!!!

Oddly enough… these baby dolls were the #1 most asked for item in the shop a couple weeks ago, and of course they were all sold out!

It was hilarious, someone was visiting the shop for the first time from south of the cities and THREE different people came in looking for baby dolls! She and I were laughing by the end - she said she must need one of these baby dolls too! 😂👏

The little boy doll in dino jammies is ADORABLE - and I can’t even stand the cuteness of these ones in little themed coats! A wolf, highland cow, pink fawn & a bear. They even have little tails. 😭😍

Well, rest assured my friends I just unpacked a restock of baby dolls and they’ll be in the shop asap!
