HOW ARE THESE DIGITAL PAPER MADE

All of these digital images began IN MY STUDIO as mark making, paint, ink and anything else that wanted to jump in on the party to create original painted papers.

The originals are then scanned in, I always scan in my work, then I work them into digital papers in Photoshop using various filers, overlays, and plugins. I love crating these papers, they have so much possibility for unique creations.

✨ A Heartfelt Thank You ✨

As my journey in The People's Artist competition comes to a close, I want to take a moment to thank everyone who voted, shared, encouraged, commented, and supported me along the way.

When I entered this competition, I honestly wasn't sure how my work would be received. Sharing deeply personal artwork can feel vulnerable, and there were moments when I questioned whether I should enter at all.

Because of your support, my artwork advanced into the Top 10 of my group, and that experience has meant more to me than I can adequately express.

What touched me most wasn't the ranking itself, but the realization that the stories, symbolism, emotions, and messages woven into my work resonated with others. Knowing that people connected with what I create is a gift I will carry forward long after the competition ends.

Art has always been my way of exploring wonder, memory, mythology, nature, freedom, and the stories that live beneath the surface of everyday life. To everyone who stepped into that world with me, thank you.

This may be the end of this particular chapter, but it is certainly not the end of the journey.

As of this moment, my artwork is ranked 11th in my group for The People’s Artist competition, and voting for the TOP 10 ends tonight at 7PM PDT.

This entire journey has been emotional, humbling, exciting, and honestly beyond anything I expected when I first entered. Every vote, share, kind word, and moment of support has meant the world to me.

My work is rooted in storytelling, symbolism, mythology, memory, wonder, and emotional connection — creating spaces where people can pause long enough to feel something meaningful.

✨ New bundles are officially filling the shelves over at the shop and I’m honestly so excited to see the collection beginning to grow into a full creative library.

Every bundle starts as hand-painted papers in my studio — layered paint, texture, mark-making, experimentation, and a little bit of beautiful chaos. Once dry, they’re scanned and transformed into printable digital pages designed for junk journals, collage work, mixed media, paper crafts, backgrounds, handmade decor, and more.

What makes me happiest right now isn’t just the listings themselves… it’s finally building a workflow that lets the creativity flow instead of constantly fighting the process. Little by little, bundle by bundle, the shelves are starting to feel alive. 💛
