Office Clerk: Customer Service & Order Processing

In addition to following company rules, per the employee manual, regarding safety, cleanliness, and general company practices each office clerk is responsible for the following:

A. To be knowledgeable in company quality policy and perform duties to comply with the policy.

B. To take and fulfill customer orders.
a. Daily orders are done in a timely manner, including but not limited to printing sales orders, issuing confirmations, shipping labels for packages, packages labeled and in the appropriate area for pickup.
b. Invoices are to be printed and in envelopes and stamped and ready for the next day’s mail.
c. All paperwork should be filed at the end of each day.

C. Customer Leads and Sample orders are to be done as they come in each day. This will include leads for Invotec representatives.

D. Assist management in other duties when required.

E. Assisting with accounts payable and credit hold customers

F. Aid in production.
a. Responsible for general stocking and labeling of products (i.e. Otovent, Tubing, blades, etc.)

G. Maintain office and shipping areas to comply with work environment policies.

H. Training will be completed per SOP 021 and the Training Matrix, Form 062
a. Completing training for all job responsibilities when starting position
b. Additional training for specific job functions
c. Review of required training minimum of once per year.
B ) Completing each work order following all packaging and processing standard operating procedures.
C ) Reporting to the supervisor any and all discrepancies regarding quality and quantities.
D ) Reporting on all ideas either directly controlled or indirectly controlled to improve product quality and/or productivity. (Health and Safety are included in these categories)
