Tomorrow, August 5th, is the first day the federal government could announce its next major action regarding concentrated 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) products. While no final action has been announced yet, the FDA has already urged the DEA to place concentrated 7-OH under federal control, and the industry is watching closely for what happens next.

What does this mean?

If federal action is announced, it could have a major impact on the availability of many high-potency 7-OH products sold in v**e and smoke shops across the country. While the exact timing and implementation of any changes are still unknown, uncertainty in the market has already begun.
