Attention Consignors!! TOMORROW is Pick-Up Day!

Our team will have neatly sorted your unsold items for you to pick them up! If you decide you would rather donate your unsold items, no need to come to pickup! Foster families will shop from those items for free and the rest will be donated to our charitable partners.โ€Œ

You have 2 Options for Pick-Up:
1) Curbside Item Pick-Up from 12-1pm: Have items to pick up, but would rather have them brought to your car? Register at the link below to have your unsold items delivered to your car at the curb.
* You will pull around to the SAME DOORS you used for drop off. Pull up parallell to the entry doors- watch for the signs. A Rhea Lana's worker will greet you. You'll need to have your consignor login screen ready to show with your consignor number and color.
We will have gathered your unsold items for you and bring put them in your vehicle. Quick and Easy!
Important: If you opt for curbside pickup, your items will not be guaranteed.

2) In-Store Consignor Pick-Up: Come to the store between 1-3pm to pick up your items. No appointment necessary for In-Store Pick-Up.

โญA FEW REMINDERS REGARDING CONSIGNOR PICK-UP:
- We will close promptly at 3PM. Any items not picked up will be donated to our local charitable partners.
- Look for your Consignor paycheck in your verified Consignor email from Rhea Lana's of Springfield.
- If you only have a few unsold items left and prefer not to come back and pick them up, we will automatically donate them to our local charitable partners.
- If you have missing items that you would like to be paid for, we will walk you through the guarantee process!
