Okay, I have been meaning to make this post for DAYS 😅😂 but between back-to-school chaos and life doing what life does… I kept forgetting. 🤦🏻‍♀️

A huge thank you to Support Studio EC for creating this for TSMB! She reached out to me completely on her own and offered to make something for my business simply because she had noticed me supporting and interacting with her page.

And THAT is exactly why I will forever say us little businesses have to support each other. ❤️ A comment, share, tag, recommendation, or even just interacting with somebody’s posts costs us nothing, but it can mean SO much when you’re trying to grow a small business.

She took the time to look through my page, kept the little ballerina that’s been part of TSMB forever, kept my pink, and somehow managed to fit the absolute CHAOS of “what does TSMB actually make?” into one cute cover. 😂😂 Because we all know the answer is basically a little bit of everything.

And she’s not just doing graphics! She’s building Support Studio EC specifically to help small businesses and families with things like branding, content creation, marketing, social media, business organization, administrative support, parent resources and more.

Because if you’ve ever tried brushing through a head full of tangles while a tiny person acts like you’re personally attacking them… you understand the name. 😂😭

This video of me brushing Amaria’s hair is still one of my FAVORITE ways to show just how much of a difference Not In My Hair Detangling Cream can make. It helps loosen those stubborn tangles and makes brushing soooo much easier while leaving the hair soft and manageable.

And before anybody asks… 😂 we are currently OUT OF STOCK! BUT it’s officially on this week’s make list!

I’m making the marshmallow root tea and flaxseed gel today, so a fresh batch of Not In My Hair will be ready this week!

If you’re in South Effingham then you (should) know that picture day is right around the corner!! Make sure if you’re needing (wanting 😉) anything custom or hair accessories make sure to get your order in and be ready in time!

We are in South Effingham so I’ll be sure to post this year for all the school dress up/down days to help us all 😅 (last minute mom here) be prepared and not scramble at the last minute!

We got it this year yall no more panic searching at 10 pm the night before 😂

Fall picture day is coming! Mark your calendars for Tuesday, August 25, 2026!

Students are welcome to dress down, though all outfits must follow the ECSD student handbook guidelines. Proof packets will be sent home a few weeks after picture day so you can review the photos and order your favorite packages!

Sometimes custom orders come with the best stories…

A customer reached out wanting a custom safety vest for a buddy who apparently gets a little… passionate… when the fish aren’t biting. 🎣🤣

Needless to say, this one had me laughing the entire time I was making it!

That’s one of my favorite things about owning TSMB—every custom order has a story, and I love helping bring those inside jokes to life.

Over the years, I’ve learned a lot while making these reusable school boards for my own kids.

When I made Taegan’s years ago, I made it super cute and super childish… because she was little. 🥹

Fast forward to 8th grade, and let’s just say… she’s slightly embarrassed to hold it now. 🤦🏻‍♀️😂

That taught me something!

Now I like to design boards that can grow with your child, using colors, themes, and layouts they’ll still love a few years down the road.
