I almost gave up on this version of me.
Not the business. Me.

There were seasons where I could build a business with my eyes closed, but couldn’t figure out how to build myself back up.

I’ve had wins. I’ve taken losses. I’ve had to start over. I’ve made decisions scared. Made decisions broke. Made decisions with absolutely NO proof that what I saw in my head was going to work.

And somewhere in the middle of becoming a mama, running businesses, surviving some s**t I don’t even talk about online, and trying to figure out who I was becoming…I kept going..Sometimes one decision at a time And now I’m standing in front of location TWO. 🥹

Suites by LP is expanding to Marietta.

I’m so excited to be Providing more opportunities for other beauty professionals to walk into a space, close their door, and build something that belongs to THEM.

That part means more to me than I can explain.

Because 10 years ago, I was the beauty professional trying to figure it out too. I didn’t have some perfect blueprint. I just kept building. And apparently… I’m still building. 😭

“What’s going on ATL Lash Supply Store | Trainings | Services | Suites ?”

I usually never answer that question publicly.

Not because it’s a secret, but because putting my head down and finding solutions has always been my coping mechanism.

From 2021 to 2026, Lash Primp survived off the seeds I planted during the six years before that. I’m incredibly grateful because I simply wasn’t in a season where I had the capacity to keep growing.

I lost a parent. Experienced family betrayal beyond anything I could’ve imagined. Slowly watched friendships fade. And after 11 miscarriages, God blessed me with my beautiful baby girl.

I was standing in what looked like the height of my career while everything in my personal life was falling apart.

By the time I finally felt like I could breathe again, postpartum hit.

Meanwhile, everything around me changed. The lash industry changed. Marketing changed. Social media changed. The way people shopped changed.

And if I’m being honest…

For the first time ever, I started to hate my business.

Not because I stopped loving what I built.

Because I no longer recognized it.

And somewhere along the way, I stopped recognizing myself too.

For a long time, I thought I needed to become the old me again.

Now I realize I was never supposed to go back.

I was supposed to grow into someone new.

So if you’ve been wondering where I’ve been…

I’ve been rebuilding.

Not just a business.

Me.

For the first time in a long time, I’m excited again.

Thank you to everyone who stayed while I figured it out.

Closing my 561 sq ft LASH SUPPLY STORE, after having my daughter felt like failure. 🤦‍♀️ It was only 3 years in that location and well over 100k spent. It was one of the first of its kind, built in the middle of COVID, and my pride and joy. (And it wasn’t PPP money, baby that’s public records 😏)

But life changed quick, and once I became a mom I quickly realized that the systems I spent years building within my business no longer aligned with who I was becoming. A MOTHER FIRST.

Here’s where you learn who’s in business and just doing business.

Baby I’M IN BUSINESS! 12 years IN. So many are doing business but aren’t in it and it shows.

One thing I’m never afraid, ashamed, or embarrassed to do is PIVOT.

Your business blueprint doesn’t need an explanation. Too many of you have opened your back office to the public so much that when you need a moment to think, you’re too focused on explaining. (That’s a post for another day.)

Anywho, here’s to me celebrating shaking postpartum, finding my footing again, and giving myself permission to build a business that fits the life I have now, not the life I had before.

Because success isn’t holding on to something that no longer serves you.

Success is having the courage to let it go, pivot, and build again.

That location store closed.
The vision didn’t.

it expanded to 3000 sq ft on GOD’s timing.

And if there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s that every time life has forced me to reinvent myself, I’ve come back bigger, wiser, and more aligned than before.

I had such a good time creating this 😍

5 years into “retirement” and I’m back like I never left 😏

Check out this wispy set I created using all handmade fans. One thing about a properly structured wispy set is Retention matters just as much as the look. This client can easily get 4 to 6 week retention without worrying about her spikes falling out prematurely.

Wispy lashes are NOT just random spikes placed across the eye. Placement, layering, curl mixing, and spacing all matter if you want that soft fluffy strip lash effect without the set looking messy or heavy.

A good wispy set takes:
• strategic placement
• proper bridging
• intentional layering
• and a solid lash map

This set was created using a mix of C + CC curls to create texture, dimension, and intentional spikes while still keeping the set wearable and balanced.
